design + social sciences

I am a French-American human-centred designer living in Paris, specialising in design research, service design, and cross-cultural design. I split my time growing up between France and the United States and have also lived in South Korea and Finland.

After graduating with a BA in Psychology and East Asian Languages & Cultures from Columbia University in New York, I started working as a freelancer in various branches of research and strategy: from innovation consulting firms to the Global Mental Health Program at Columbia University. I entered these professional experiences as a social scientist and gradually incorporated design approaches into my work. I then moved to Helsinki for an MA in Collaborative and Industrial Design at Aalto University. After a few years working in Paris in design consulting, I am now a UX Researcher at Meta in London.

When I first chose to study psychology, I knew I wanted to eventually enter a field in which I could continuously study the ways in which people think and make decisions. As a designer, this has remained my purpose as I use my understanding of the needs of individuals and groups to create products, services, and experiences that connect brands to their users.
